Shipping

We specialize in shipping and in order to offer to our customers the best service we ship all our products in special DHL boxes at our discounted rates, we ship all orders containing perishable items only via DHL company.

If your order includes perishable or combined perishable and non-perishable items, it will be shipped either Next Day or Second Day.

To ensure that we send you the freshest possible product, we ship perishable items in a foam isolated box with ice packs.

These boxes and packs are specifically designed to maintain full product freshness while in transit.

We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the delivery, sign for the package, and refrigerate perishable items immediately upon arrival.

Our cut-off time for processing orders is 2pm.

We do ship Monday to Friday by DHL Express, with deliveries the next working day. If you need your order to be delivered before 9am (Mon to Fri) or on a Saturday, please choose the right option during checkout.

Orders received during the closing time will be processed and shipped the next working day.
