We recommend consuming within a few days, at most 4 or 5 from receipt of truffles. Store in a cool, dry place, if you are planning to eat it soon, or in the refrigerator with a temperature between 3-4 C°.
Wrap the truffles in a cotton cloth and store inside a glass or plastic container with rice (helps retain moisture). You can also wrap the truffles in aluminum foil, place them in a glass jar and freeze them. It is advisable not freeze the white truffle as its scent and taste are expressed to the maximum by consuming it fresh.
